My Specialty
I specialize in representing clients in the purchase and/or sale of single-family residences and income properties within the cities of Orcutt, Santa Maria, Guadalupe, Nipomo, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, and Avila Beach. I keep current of all transactions in these areas. I have recently added the areas of Lompoc, Buellton, Solvang, Santa Ynez, and Santa Barbara to my area of service and would be happy to assist you in these areas as well. About Me
I am an Orcutt resident and have lived in Orcutt for over 25 years. Coming from Southern California, I found the Central Coast a great place to raise a family. My three children attended the Orcutt school system from kindergarten through 12th grade. They participated in the Allan Hancock College dance program, and also participated in school and community sport programs. After graduating from High School, two of my children attended Allan Hancock College as their junior college choice.

During my years in Orcutt, I also have been active in school and sports programs. Beside serving as a room mother and parent volunteer in my childrens' elementary classes, I participated in the adult dance programs offered at Allan Hancock College. I was the President and a board member for Orcutt National Little League for over seven years, and one of the founding members of SMISO (Santa Maria Independent Soccer Organization), a youth, club soccer program, of which I was a member for eight years. Since my days as a "sports-mom", I have worked in the Real Estate and Mortgage Lending professions.
